You may apply to be listed on the Website as a provider of renovation services or goods (the "Listing"), by submitting an on-line application, consenting to our searches, evaluation and approval process, and paying the required fee. The searches we conduct are of publically available information, and may include a financial search, search of court documents, searches regarding the legal status of a corporation, and searches of other ranking and certification systems, including at consumer protection agencies. You agree that you are responsible for all information you submit on such application, and that all information and content for Listings is true and complies with applicable laws. The decisions we make regarding evaluation, approval and listing are at our discretion alone and are not subject to appeal or review by you or by third parties. We may remove content from your Listing and/or your posting at our discretion, including information which is unlawful and/or which violates this Agreement.

Submissions/Postings on Website. You may post information, rankings, reviews and descriptions (the "Material") on the Website, which may be accessed, viewed and downloaded by others. The Material may be subject to our review and approval before or after posting. You are responsible for the content of all Material, and you acknowledge and agree that Material submitted to us is true and complies with applicable laws. We may, at our discretion, remove Material you post for any reason we think is valid, including if the Material is unlawful and/or violates this agreement.

Other users may post Material on the Website, which may be accessed, viewed and downloaded by others. The Terms and Conditions, and any matter applicable to your direct or indirect use of the Website, will be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the Federal laws of Canada applicable in the Province of Alberta. Any dispute will be settled in Courts located in the City of Edmonton in the Province of Alberta, though the foregoing will not limit the ability of Renovationfind Inc. to seek, in any jurisdiction, an injunction and other remedies which are required to stop you from threatened or actual breach the Terms and Conditions or other harm to Renovationfind Inc.
