Customer satisfaction is paramount. We stay until all details have been seen to. We strive to provide ALL of our clients with the same high quality standards and workmanship from project start to finish.
We carry a commercial liability insurance policy and have WCB coverage as well as an active 2019 Business Licence. Trades and customer references are available upon request.
We make it our TOP priority to see to the following 3 basic principles for each and every contract:
1) Reaching completion within the quoted budget provided to the customer prior to commencing work. The cost of any extra labor and material would be listed in the "contingency fund" section of the quotation. It would be listed as a potential additional cost to the purchase order.
2) Timely job completion is paramount. We will make every effort to ensure that your project reaches completion by the date stated in our quotation, whatever the means necessary to make it so.
3) Minimal disruption to the customers daily routine. This is unique to each customer and job location, and it is dependent on the routine and daily goings on of the people involved.

*Residential new construction paint contracts.*Commercial new construction paint contracts.
*Renovation paint contract work: Including preparation and finish work on old residential and commercial properties.
*High end paint contract work on drywall, metal or wood surfaces. Both finishing of new surfaces, and refinishing of old drywall, metal or wood surfaces in homes or businesses is provided.
*We provide services to refinish new or used furniture and cabinetry in the home and/or office.
*We also do aerial lift work, providing the customer with aerial lift rental for high reach applications.
(Scissor lift, articulating and telescopic boom lift, swing stage etc.)
Areas Served
Primarily : The North Shore Area.We are based out of north vancouver. We do work in Richmond, Surrey, Langley, North East West and Downtown Vancouver. We do travel to do some jobs which are out of our local area.
Whether or not we take work out of town, is greatly dependent on the size of the proposed work order, the necessary skill level of the tradesmen who are needed, as well as the number of skilled tradesman required in order to reach completion having met industry standards.
Lastly, we look at the available budget on the asked upon work to be carried out when determining if we want to take contracts out of our normal "areas served."
